Yes. However there is a minimum quantity required and delivery fees via your preferred courier applies. Send us a direct message on our FB messenger or at an email to rj@holmventures.no for your order enquiry.

Due to high shipping and logistics costs, we only import pre ordered quantity to avoid food wastage and risk of having unsold quantity.

Yes. Payment is handled and collected by NETS so you can be sure that your card details are safe and secure. Just like any other webshop you order goods from, payment is reserved and will only be collected once products are delivered and received by you. 

 

Yes. We can send other food products via post and will recommend the most economical option for you.

We have store partners and resellers all over Norway and EU. Send us a direct message on Holm Ventures FB messenger with your name, location and product you wish to buy and we will get you connected to the nearest local seller in your area.

Discounts can be given depending on current promotions and discounts available at the time of your purchase. If you want more info, send us a direct message or an email, before you place your bulk orders.

Yes. You can cancel the order on or before the announced cut off date.  We expect you to respect our efforts and business. Please understand that we have to coordinate pre orders from schedule of harvest to shipping the orders to Norway.

If you are not sure if you want to order, you may wait until the fruits are landed in Norway and purchase directly from our store partners or a reseller nearest to you.

You can contact us as soon as you receive the damage fruit via FB Messenger or email. We will ask you to send photos or video of the damaged item and will process refund once the claims are proven.

For orders intended for private consumption, we usually RECOMMEND to send via air freight to ensure proper handling so you will receive the fruits as fresh as possible. 

If you have requested for us to send the fruits via post (Posten, Postnord, Helthjem), you take the risks on possibly receiving damaged or rotten fruits.

 

Yes. Upon your request and understanding that regular Postal Services (Posten, Postnord, Helthjem) do not have temperature control carriages, therefore, there will be no refunds, or no complaints to be entertained when you received damaged or rotten fruits.

Yes. For private customers, you can choose to split your bill and pay installment via Klarna.

For wholesale purchase, store and resellers who have a Business Registration Number in Norway, you can get up to 30 Day Payment Terms. (Subject for approval)

No. We have to do a credit check and qualify your business to our 30 Day Payment Term. In most cases if we cannot give you as much as 30 days, we can consider giving you a shorter payment term from 10-15 days.
